It is further informed that as per Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Directors and designated Employees of the Company shall remain closed from 27th October, 2017 to 7th November, 2017 (both days inclusive).
