This is to inform that as per the Gayatri Sugars Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, October 01, 2019 for finalization of financial results/statements for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2019.
The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the said financial results/statements are declared to the Stock Exchange.
