1. To consider cancellation of notice of postal ballot approved in the Board Meeting dated September 21, 2011 which could not be printed and sent within the stipulated time to the members due to continuous agitations in Hyderabad which caused disruption of operations of the Company.
2. To consider and approve fresh notice of postal ballot. |
