The following items were considered and approved:
Recommendation for payment of final dividend of Rs.66 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the year ended 31st December 2018.
Convening of the AGM of the Company on Tuesday, 7th May 2019.
Closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from 30th April 2019 to 7th May 2019 (both days inclusive) for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of final dividend and AGM. The final dividend, if approved by the shareholders shall be payable on or after 14th May 2019.
