The SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 has been amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)(Amendment) Regulations, 2018 with effect from 01.04.2019.
In view of the above, the Company has amended its Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information ("Code of Fair Disclosure") pursuant to the authority given by its Board of Directors vide Resolution dated 31.01.2019.
