1. The Un-audited Financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 and Limited Review Report thereon.
2. Appointment of M/s S.V. Doshi & Co., Chartered Accountants as the Internal Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2019-2020.
3. Appointment of M/s Bhavna N. Pandya & Co., Chartered Accountants as the Tax Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2018-19 (relevant to A.Y. 2019-20).
4. The draft for Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Policy on Legitimate Purpose were placed before the Board and the Managing Director in consultation with the Compliance Officer was authorized to finalise the draft to be effective from April 1, 2019. The approved policies will be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course of time.
