Mr. Sumeet Narang is not related to any of the Directors of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any order of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other such authority.

Mr. Bharat Doshi has been associated with the Company as an Independent Director since 2001. Mr. Doshi has expressed his desire to retire on the expiry of his current term of appointment ending on 25th September, 2019.
