In compliance of provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to inform you that the Administrative Ministry i.e. Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MOP&NG) vide letter Ref. No. C-31033/2/2018-CA/PNG (25758) dated July 12, 2019 have advised appointment of Shri G. Rajendran Pillai (DIN 08510332) as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company for a period of three years from the date of notification of his appointment, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Accordingly, Shri. Rajendran Pillai has been appointed on the Board effective July 15, 2019.
Shri Rajendran Pillai hails from Kollam district. He has completed his B.A. and M.A. from SN College, Kollam and LLB in SP College of Chandrapur under Nagpur University.
He has worked with Income Tax Department and is currently practising as an Advocate in District Court of Kollam.
It may be noted that Shri Rajendran Pillai is not related to any of the Directors of the Company. He is also not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order of any other such authority.
