Further, the Board considered change in name of the Company and decided to change the name as 'Keynote Financial Services Limited' subject to the approval of the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, BSE Ltd., National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., shareholders in General Meeting and any other authority as may be necessary. |
