Further to aforesaid, this is to inform the Exchange that the Board of L&T Finance Limited, L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Limited and L&T Housing Finance Limited, material subsidiaries of the Company has approved its Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2019 at its Meeting held on October 18, 2019. Consequently, pursuant to Regulation 52 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the results are being submitted to Debt Listing department separately, followed by the publication in the newspapers.
