1. To approve floatation and purchase of 100% shares of M/s. Modison Contacts Private Limited to make it a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
And pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, trading window is already closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives of the Company from 12th June,2019 till 48hours after the outcome is communicated to the Stock Exchange.
