We would like to inform you that the Company has on December 10, 2019 allotted 135,68,32,548 new equity shares of the Company of Rs. 2 each, bearing Distinctive No(s). from 1,428,196,185 to 2,785,028,732, as fully paid-up Bonus Shares, to the members of the Company, in the ratio of one new equity share for every one existing equity share held by them, as on as on December 7, 2019, being the Record Date fixed for this purpose.
Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone up to 271,36,65,096 equity shares of Rs.2/- each aggregating to Rs. 542,73,30,192/-.
