1. Approved Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) alongwith Auditors' Report of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2019 as per Regulations 33 & 52 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and also the Declaration with respect to Audit Report with unmodified opinion on the said financials.
2. The Board of Director has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 0.20/- per equity shares of Rs. 2/- each i.e. 10% Dividend.
