We are submitting herewith the Notice of the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, the 17th September, 2019 to Monday, the 23rd September, 2019 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of AGM and payment of Dividend.
