We refer to our letter dated 25th Feb,2019,wherein we had inter alia,informed that the BOD vide its Circular Resolution passed on 25th Feb,2019,had subject to approval of the Members to be obtained by means of a Postal Ballot, proposed the appointment of Mr.Milind Sarwate as an Independent Director of the Company and had fixed 25th Feb,2019 as the cut-off date for reckoning the voting rights of the Members.Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015,enclosed please find the Postal Ballot Notice dated 25th Feb,2019 along with the Explanatory Statement and Postal Ballot Form which is being disseminated to the Members of the Company,seeking their approval in relation to the Ordinary Resolution for the appointment of Mr.Milind Sarwate as an Independent Director of the Company,to hold office for a term of 5 consecutive years commencing from 1st April,2019 to 31st March,2024, not liable to retire by rotation.
