- Mr. Achuta Ramaiah Pavuluri and Mr. Bollina Chandra Subhash have been appointed as Additional Directors with effect from November 14, 2015
Further, Mr. P. Obul Reddy, Director has resigned from the Board oF the Company vide his letter dated November 12, 2015 which has been received by the Company on November 13, 2015. Accordingly, as per the provisions of Section 168 of the Companies Act, 2013, he ceased to be Director of the Company w.e.f. November 13, 2015. |
