1.Enclosed herewith the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Result for the quarter and Year ended March 31, 2019, Auditors Report submitted by Khimji Kunverji & Co., Chartered Accountants, (ICAI FRN - 105146W) statutory Auditors of the Company of CARE Ratings Limited (Formerly known as Credit Analysis and Research Limited) as per the requirement of Regulation 30 and Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
2.The Board of Directors has recommended, subject to the approval of shareholders a final dividend of Rs. 12 /- per equity share of face value of Rs.10 each for the Financial Year 2018-19.
3.The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 12.00 p.m. and concluded at 6.45 p.m.
