1. In the Statement of Asset and Liabilities submitted by the Company along with Audited Financial Result of the Company for the half year and year ended on March 31, 2018, the amount of 'Reserves & Surplus ' was erroneously disclosed as Rs. 396.15 Lakh for the FY 2017-18. The same shall be read as Rs. 402.99 Lakh for the FY 2017-18.
The revised statement of Asset and Liabilities is attached herewith.
All the Stakeholders are requested to view this Statement of Asset and Liabilities along with Audited Financial Result of the Company for the half year and year ended on March 31, 2018 and ignored the one which was erroneously submitted by the Company on May 30, 2018.
