Further, in acc with Reg 33(3)(b) of SEBI LODR, the Company has opted to submit, in addition to Standalone Financial Results, Consolidated Financial Results of the Company to the Exchanges. Accordingly, please find enclosed Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter and 9 months ended 31.21.2018 along with Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditors and Press Release. Also, in acc with Reg 47(1)(b) of SEBI LODR, the Company would be publishing the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and 9 months ended 31.12.2018 in the newspapers.
