We are setting up Ethanol plant at our Sugar Factory in Karnataka with a capacity of 90 KLPD. The Project cost is Rs.120 Crores. Production is expected to commence from next season. This will increase the value addition and reduce the volatility in the sugar business.

The Bank finance towards the Project is eligible for 50% interest subsidy announced recently by the Central Government.
