Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9 September, 2015 and subject to the provisions of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014, the Compensation Committee of the Board, at its meeting held on 17 May 2019, has granted 2,87,636 stock options convertible into 2,87,636 equity shares of Rs. 1O each to the eligible employees of the Company under the BAL-ESOS 2019 at an exercise price of Rs. 2942.65 (being the closing market price as on 16 May 2019) per option. Each of the stock option entitles the holder to apply for one equity share of the Company of Rs. 10 face value. |
