In terms of Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, we enclose the information as per the attached Annexure I regarding loss of share certificate received from the shareholders of the Company on 15th May, 2019. We are in the process of issuing duplicate share certificates to them after compliance of required formalities.
