This is for your information that the Company has uploaded outcome of the board meeting and audited financial result for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2019 on 28 May 2019 & 29 May 2019 respectively, on the web site of the exchange, but inadvertently in place of auditors' report on audited financial result for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2019 as per Annexure II the Independence Letter dated May 27, 2019 issued by statutory auditors' to the Audit Committee was enclosed.
So we are herewith attached auditors' report on audited financial result for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2019 as per Annexure II and kindly ignore earlier attachment.
