The revised Code shall be effective from April 1, 2019.

The Company has also amended HDIL Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders according to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, which inter-alia includes amendment in the trading window closure period. Henceforth, the trading window closure period will be from 1st day of each quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
