1. Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 25 October 2019, inter alia; to consider and take on record Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 September 2019.
2. The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from 1 October 2019, as communicated vide our letter dated 27 September 2019 and shall remain closed till 30 October 2019, as per the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons of Kirloskar Industries Limited under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
