The Audited Financial Statement of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2019, has been approved by the Shareholders at the 30th Annual General Meeting held on September 14, 2019 (without any modification).
We now submit the approved Audited Financial Statement alongwith the Annual Report (FY - 2018-19) in PDF Format (searchable mode). [already filed on 17-Aug-19 (under Ack. No. 972385) in compliance with Reg. 34(1) of LODR].
The Company as an NBFC (Merchant Banking Company) is exempt from filing of Financial Statement) to the MCA in XBRL format.
The said Financial Statement for the year ended March 31, 2019 has been prepared in the prescribed format of the MCA/Accounting Standard. MCA has not issued any taxonomy (XBRL) for Companies coming under NBFC category.
Therefore, please guide us for submission of the Annual Report (FY 2018-19) in XBRL format, as required in your aforesaid Circular.
