February, 2019, regarding intimation of Board Meeting to be held on 12th day of
February, 2019, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company shall
inter-alia consider the declaration of Interim Dividend, if any for the Financial year
2018-19.
If the Board declares interim dividend at the above meeting, please note that the Record
Date for ascertaining the names of the members /shareholders who will be entitled to
receive the interim dividend will be Friday, February 22, 2019.
The said interim dividend, if declared, will be paid or dispatched on or before 13th
March, 2019. |
