With reference to captioned subject matter, the Board of Directors of the Company at have amended the code of internal procedure and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading in respect of securities of the company and code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive Information of the Company and adopted the policy for procedure of conducting inquiry in case of leak or suspected leak of unpublished price sensitive information as required under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 through a resolution passed by circulation on 29th March, 2019.
The Code shall be applicable to the Company and will be uploaded on the website of the company from April 1, 2019. This is for your information and records pursuant to Regulation 8(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
