Copy of the Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2018 along with Auditors' Report thereon, Statement of Assets and Liabilities and declaration pursuant to the second proviso to the Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 5.45 pm and concluded at 6.30 pm.
