inter-alia, has approved / noted the following:-
1. Pursuant to the recommendations of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has approved the un-audited Financial Results of the Company as per Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) for the quarter ended 30th June 2019 (enclosed herewith).
2. The Board took note of the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors on the
