The Board has also approved the appointment of Mr. Vinodkumar Hiralal Jajoo, as an Additional Director (Independent) on the Board of the Company with immediate effect. Subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, he shall hold office as an Independent Director for a period of 5 (five) years effective from February 09, 2019.
