Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading ('the Code'), pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the Code from Wednesday, 30th May, 2018 till the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on Tuesday, 5th June, 2018, for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results of the Company.
