We also confirm that Mrs. Sanjana Jain is not debarred from holding the office of director pursuant to any SEBI order or any such authority.
We also attach herewith the information as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as Annexure A.
