Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Regulation 47(1)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith advertisement published in newspapers - Business Standard (English) and (Hindi) edition of July 03, 2019, informing the members that the Company proposes to make an application to the Central Government to obtain approval under Section 196, 203 read with Schedule V and other applicable provisions of the Act, for the appointment of Mr. Rajiv Srivastava (DIN: 03568897), being non-resident of India, as Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from his date of joining i.e. June 03, 2019 till July 20, 2019 (both days inclusive) and thereafter as Managing Director & CEO of the Company for a period effective from July 21, 2019 to June 02, 2024 (both dates inclusive).
