| Exchange Received Time 13/12/2017 20:04:41 Exchange Disseminated Time 13/12/2017 20:04:50 Time Taken 00:00:09 | Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e. Wednesday, 13th December, 2017; inter alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Six months ended 30th September, 2017 in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards (IndAS) as per Companies (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules, 2015.
In terms of the provisions of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the following:-
1. Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended 30th September, 2017 along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on date.
2. Limited Review Report on the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2017 received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 6.30 p.m. and concluded at 7.45 p.m.
