1. To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
2. To consider the appointment of M/s. Deep Shukla & Associates, Company Secretaries to conduct Secretarial Audit of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2017.
Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2016 from December 02, 2016 to December 16, 2016. |
