With reference to the above intimation, please be informed that Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Thursday, 26th December 2019 approved the issuance of the Private Placement of Rated, Secured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs.10 Lakhs each for the amount of Rs.350 Crores.
Furthermore, the Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 31st December 2019 to consider the proposed allotment for the said issue
