Shirpur Gold Refinery Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Rajat Ginodia has stepped down from the post of 'Executive Director' of Precious Metals Mining and Refining Limited, Papua New Guiana, overseas subsidiary of the Company, with effect from February 05, 2017. However, he will continue as Non Executive Director of the above step down subsidiary of the Company.
