Sushila Devi Singhania, a Promoter Group person. This acquisition tantamounts to transfer inter se between Smt. Sushila Devi Singhania, a promoter Group person to M/s Yadu International Ltd. a promoter of JKC.
We have been informed that these transfers are proposed to be affected by way of Block Deal through Stock Exchange(s). This would help in maintaining continuity of management and align ownership interest.
