| Exchange Received Time 27/01/2021 16:43:31 Exchange Disseminated Time 27/01/2021 16:43:37 Time Taken 00:00:06 | This is to inform you that at the 211th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank (the "Board") held today, the Board has reviewed and approved the unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Bank, for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December 2020 and the unaudited Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December 2020 along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Bank, in that regard, which were reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board at its meeting held earlier during the day and recommended for the approval of the Board.
Please note that the said Board meeting commenced at 1.30 p.m. and the result were reviewed and approved by the Board at 4.25 p.m.
