1. Consider and take on record the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2018, and
2. Consider a proposal for declaration of Interim Dividend on equity shares for the current year ending March 31, 2019.
Further, the Trading Window for shares of our company will remain closed during the period from January 17, 2019 to January 26, 2019 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by our company. Accordingly, all the designated employees, key management personnel, directors and other connected persons of the Company are being intimated not to enter in to any transactions involving the securities of the Company during the above said period. |
