Pursuant to the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and clarification made by the Stock Exchanges on April 02, 2019 regarding trading restriction period.
This is to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all 'Insider' (designated persons and their immediate relatives as prescribed in the Schedule B of the regulations), with immediate effect i.e. 5th April, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results to the Stock Exchanges for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2019.
The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2019 will be intimated in due course.
