1.The Board has taken on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter & nine months ended December 31, 2018. The said results have been subjected to limited review by the Statutory Auditors.
2.The Board has declared the 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.5/- per share (on the face value of Rs. 10/- per share) for the financial year 2018-19.
3.Record date for the purpose of determining the name of members eligible for receipt of the interim dividend will be Friday, February 8, 2019. 4.The dividend will be paid on or after February 14, 2019. |
