1. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, have considered, approved and taken on record the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results set out in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) for the Quarter ended June 30, 2019.
2. The copy of the said Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 (along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors), which were duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and thereby approved by the Board of Directors, is enclosed herewith.
