Further, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 & Code of Conduct framed thereunder, the trading window will remain closed from 22nd August, 2018 to 30th August, 2018 (both days inclusive) for all directors & designated employees of the Company. |
