III.Approved continuation of term of the following Independent Directors beyond 31.03.2019 till the end of their present term, in pursuance of the provision of SEBI (LODR) (Amendment), Regulations, as they are of above 75 years of age, subject to approval of the Members:
a.Sri B V Kumar, Independent Director
b. Sri A V Achar, Independent Director
