Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr.Dhaval P. Ghetia has resigned from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from responsibilities effective from close of business hours on 24th March, 2018. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Mr.Dhaval P. Ghetia also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company. His successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange.
