the Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2018.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders' of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from 3rd June, 2018 to 13th June, 2018 (both days inclusive) for all Directors and Designated Employees as define in the Code.
