The Company will submit the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending 30 September 2019, immediately after the Board Meeting on 23 October 2019, i.e. within a period of forty-five days from the end of the quarter of the said financial year 2019-20.
Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from 1 October 2019 to 25 October 2019 (both days inclusive), for the designated persons as per the Company''s Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended. The designated persons of the Company have been informed of the same.
