a.Mr. Rajendra Ambalal Shah as an Independent Director for a period of one year with effect from September 24, 2019
b.Mr. Bansidhar Sunderlal Mehta as an Independent Director for a period of one year with effect from September 24, 2019
c.Mr. Anil Kumar Gupta as an Independent Director for a period of five years with effect from September 24, 2019
We confirm, basis the declarations received, that the abovementioned Directors are not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. None of the above Directors are related to any of the Directors of the Company.
